By using the PrepaUK app, you accept the following terms.
1. Nature of the app
PrepaUK is an unofficial study aid for the Life in the UK Test and English SELT preparation. "Life in the UK Test" is a Home Office term used descriptively; Trinity GESE, IELTS, LanguageCert and PTE Home are trademarks of their owners. We are not affiliated with the Home Office, UK Visas & Immigration or any certifier. Using this app does not guarantee passing a test or the success of an immigration application.
2. Content
All questions, scenarios, audio, images and tasks are original and created by AZSoft in the exam formats. We do not reproduce the Home Office handbook or any real exam questions. Audio is generated with synthetic British-English (en-GB) voices. If you find an error, use the "Report a question" feature in the app.
3. Permitted use
You may use the app for personal learning purposes. It is prohibited to: copy, redistribute or resell the questions, audio or content; systematically extract the data or audio; use the app for commercial purposes without written authorization; attempt to bypass security, payment or authentication mechanisms.
4. Subscription and payment
PrepaUK offers limited free access (two smart-revision sessions) and a single auto-renewing monthly subscription at £4.99/month (the price shown in the app for your region prevails, and is displayed before purchase). The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the paid period. RevenueCat manages premium entitlements.
5. Right of withdrawal (digital content)
The subscription provides immediate access to digital content. By subscribing, you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal once access has begun, in accordance with UK and EU consumer law on digital content supplied immediately.
6. Not immigration or legal advice
PrepaUK is a study aid only. It does not constitute immigration, legal or professional advice and does not replace the official rules. Always check gov.uk and, where necessary, a qualified adviser for your own situation.
7. Third-party trademarks
Life in the UK Test, Home Office, UK Visas & Immigration, Trinity GESE, IELTS, LanguageCert, PTE Home and other designations are trademarks or terms of their respective owners. Any reference is purely descriptive. No affiliation, partnership or endorsement is implied.
8. Service availability
We strive to keep the app available at all times. It may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or updates.
9. Limitation of liability
AZSoft shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from use of the app, including: failing a test, the outcome of an immigration application, loss of data or any decision made based on the app's results. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your mandatory consumer rights.
10. Intellectual property
The original content (questions, audio, images, explanations, scenarios, interface, algorithms) is the exclusive property of AZSoft. No official handbook content is reproduced.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence. Any dispute shall be brought before the courts having jurisdiction; EU and UK consumers may also use the applicable out-of-court dispute-resolution mechanisms.
12. Minimum age
The app is intended for users aged 13 and over.
